Hannah is a licensed mental health counselor in the state of NH, ME, MA and a licensed telehealth provider for the state of Florida. Hannah is also licensing supervisor for the state of NH. Hannah is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner which is a body based trauma treatment modality to help reduce trauma symptoms different from traditional talk therapy. She also uses other modalities such as CBT, DBT, person centered, and solution focused. Hannah uses a direct approach with compassion and humor in session. Hannah believes that this is imperative for healing.
Hannah has her Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from Plymouth State University and Master's of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University of New England. Hannah has worked in a variety of settings in the mental health field since 2004. Starting as a case manager, residential worker for children and then adults with severe and persistent mental illness to substance use disorders, Emergency Services (crisis and evaluations) to private practice.
When not at work, Hannah spends her time with her beloved dog Diesel, reading, traveling, knitting, and enjoying a plethora of music.

Lindsay received her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University in 2016. She is working towards licensure under Hannah.
Before private practice, Lindsay worked in crisis, doing triage and assessment. She loved the work, but eventually decided to move to private practice to be able to develop therapeutic relationships with clients. She has worked with many different issues and diagnoses, including (but not limited to): depression, anxiety, grief, ADHD, adjustment disorders, infertility, and relationships.
Her goal is to provide the opportunity for people to examine things with an empathetic lens, in a space that feels comfortable and safe.
